These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3patte ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any feature of the 3patte platform, you unconditionally accept all provisions set out in this document. Please read them carefully before proceeding with account registration.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 3patte platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

All 3patte accounts must be held by individuals aged 21 years or older. Age is verified during KYC using a valid Pakistani CNIC. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be permanently suspended and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered 3patte account. Multiple accounts tied to the same CNIC, mobile number, device, IP address, or bank account are prohibited. Duplicate accounts result in permanent suspension and bonus forfeiture.
All 3patte account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, or BTC. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion and applicable processing timelines.
All 3patte bonus offers carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each individual bonus offer's terms.
Any attempt to exploit 3patte systems through bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, chargeback fraud, or use of prohibited software (including bots and automated betting tools) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3patte provides responsible gaming tools to every account holder. Players are responsible for using these tools appropriately. 3patte reserves the right to restrict or close accounts exhibiting signs of problem gambling, in line with our responsible gaming obligations under international licence terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
Use of 3patte's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of account registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally to all Players regardless of jurisdiction of residence. 3patte employs CNIC-based KYC verification to confirm player age. Any Player found to have provided false date-of-birth information will have their account permanently suspended and all funds held in that account forfeited.
3patte primarily serves Players located in or connected to Pakistan. Access to real-money gaming services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law is the sole responsibility of the Player. 3patte does not accept registrations from citizens or residents of jurisdictions that have been designated as Prohibited Jurisdictions by the Operator. The list of Prohibited Jurisdictions may be updated from time to time.
By registering and using 3patte, you represent and warrant that you are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, that you are not acting under duress or undue influence, and that you are wagering with funds that are legitimately yours and are not derived from illegal activity.
To register a 3patte account, you must provide accurate and complete information including: your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, an active email address, your date of birth, and a password of your choosing. All information provided must be truthful and kept current throughout the lifecycle of your account.
Each individual, household, shared device, or shared IP address is permitted to maintain only one registered 3patte account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any deposited real-money funds and unclaimed bonuses.
3patte is required under its international gaming licence obligations to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all registered Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 3patte compliance staff will result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on the account until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patte account credentials. Any transactions initiated using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 3patte support immediately at [email protected]. 3patte will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
3patte accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash (mobile wallet), EasyPaisa (mobile wallet), HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (cryptocurrency), and BTC (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 3patte account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed transaction. Bank transfers may take between 1 and 4 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations as determined by 3patte's payment processing infrastructure.
Withdrawals from 3patte are subject to the following conditions:
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval, subject to system availability. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 1 to 24 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval, subject to network congestion. 3patte processes all approved withdrawal requests submitted before 23:00 Pakistan Standard Time on the same calendar day.
All 3patte accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR-denominated deposits or withdrawals processed via domestic Pakistani payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.
All bonus offers made available through the 3patte platform are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions in full.
Bonus funds credited to a 3patte account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before withdrawal eligibility is established. The default wagering requirement for the 3patte Welcome Bonus is 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus credit. Failure to meet requirements within the specified timeframe results in automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom.
Not all games at 3patte contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100% of wagered amounts toward wagering requirements. Live dealer casino games contribute 20% of wagered amounts. Sports betting markets contribute 50% of qualifying stakes. Certain games specified by 3patte from time to time may contribute 0% and do not count toward bonus wagering completion.
3patte actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated play between accounts. Suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate suspension of the bonus balance, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Individual promotion terms may specify a maximum withdrawal amount applicable to funds derived from a bonus offer. Where a maximum bonus withdrawal limit applies, any winnings in excess of the stated limit that are derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon withdrawal request. No maximum withdrawal limit applies to real-money (non-bonus) funds.
Each game available on the 3patte platform is governed by the specific rules of that game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, RTP figures, and house edge of each game before wagering real money. 3patte accepts no liability for losses incurred by Players who have not read applicable game rules.
All 3patte slot and virtual casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently certified by internationally recognised third-party testing laboratories. RNG certificates are available upon request. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, or dice operated by professional dealers in licensed studios — no RNG is involved in live dealer game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game software fault that affects the outcome of a wager, 3patte reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's account. Where a malfunction results in the display of an incorrect win amount, only the correct amount calculated by the game server will be credited. 3patte's technical logs constitute the definitive record of game outcomes in the event of any dispute.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds in the sportsbook, mis-priced markets, or game configuration errors — 3patte reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous values. 3patte will notify affected Players and return voided stakes to their accounts without delay.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3patte platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
3patte reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, KYC non-compliance, prohibited conduct, regulatory requirement, or as a responsible gaming measure. In cases of suspected fraud, account balances may be held pending investigation.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 3patte support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Players requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the account settings dashboard or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, 3patte will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their account or creating a new account. Real-money balances held at the time of self-exclusion will be returned after the self-exclusion period expires, or immediately upon permanent self-exclusion request.
3patte is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all registered Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every 3patte account holder at all times, without restriction:
3patte's customer support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond with appropriate support resources. Players exhibiting problematic behaviour may have responsible gaming restrictions applied to their account at 3patte's discretion, in fulfilment of our obligations under international gaming licence conditions.
All content on the 3patte platform — including but not limited to the 3patte brand name, logo, visual design, game graphics, promotional materials, text content, software code, database structure, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 3patte or its licenced third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3patte platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any 3patte content or software. Unauthorised use of 3patte's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patte's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3patte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from: use of or inability to use the platform; reliance on any information provided by the platform; technical failures, maintenance, or service interruptions; force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or internet infrastructure failure; or decisions made by the Player in connection with wagering activities.
3patte makes no representations or warranties that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. Players access the platform at their own risk.
3patte collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a 3patte account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy details: what data we collect, how it is used, who it may be shared with, how long it is retained, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering. Continued use of the 3patte platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of our data practices as described therein.
Any dispute or complaint regarding 3patte gaming services must first be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account ID]." 3patte will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex disputes involving game outcomes will require review of server-side logs and may take up to 21 business days to resolve.
If you are dissatisfied with 3patte's internal resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant body designated under 3patte's international gaming licence. Details of the escalation process and contact information for the applicable regulatory body are available from 3patte support upon request.
3patte maintains complete server-side records of all gaming transactions, wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and account activity. In the event of any dispute, 3patte's transaction logs shall be treated as the definitive and authoritative record of events, unless a manifest error can be demonstrated by the Player with supporting evidence.
3patte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 3patte will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the 3patte platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendments. The current version of these Terms, along with its effective date, is always accessible at 3patte.one/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patte holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, to which both parties hereby irrevocably submit.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict 3patte's right to seek injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or address a breach of these Terms that may cause irreparable harm to 3patte's interests.
